The Creekstone project is located in the North-West suburb of Victoria, named after the surrounding creek and natural scenery. As a new property development area, the natural way of life is the essence of attracting young families to migrate and encourage their pioneering spirit. The concept of ‘Creekstone’ has been extended to ‘Milestone’ by reflecting in the marketing collateral, to emphasise the first-generation residents will establish a significant milestone for their future community.

Creekstone项目地处于维多利亚省西北郊，周围溪流环绕，坐拥自然风光，由此命名为”溪边的岩石”。作为全新开发地区，以贴近自然生活方式为宣传核心，吸引年轻家庭迁入并鼓励他们的开拓精神。Creekstone的概念延伸为Milestone，反映在宣传概念中，以第一代居民社区作为有纪念意义的里程碑，加深对社区邻里之间以及家这一概念的深厚情感。
